My brother and his family visited us in Colorado for a week in June. It was so great to spend time with them and for Isaac to meet his Uncle Jamie, Aunt Sam, and cousins, Jake and Seth!  They were able to do some Colorado touring as well as relaxing and playing at the house.  It was a great time, and I am so grateful that Jamie made this special trip possible for his family (and for us!). :-)

Playing with Mommy in the mirror

Singing the ABCs
When we went to church last weekend, this is similar to how Isaac danced through worship.  Depending on how tired he is, he will usally sing while dancing.  He sure knows how to make our hearts melt!

First attempt.

We'll have to settle for this for now.
With not many successful previous attempts, we tried going to church again with Isaac yesterday.  He has now become quite the singer and dancer, so we couldn't help but giggle as Isaac worshiped the Lord!  It was very cute to see him singing and dancing.

Another good note...we are improving on nightime sleep!!!  One night (to my wonderful, yet panicked surprise) he slept 5 hours, then the next night was 7 hours.  Since then we have had a variety of timeframes ranging anything from 4-8 hours at a time.  I think the key difference is that I put his lullabies on repeat, so when he wakes up, he just puts himself back to sleep...usually.

We are continuing to teeth like crazy.  We have both upper "fangs" and now a front top one peaking through.  Looks like bottom sides are starting too.  Overall, he's been really good through the teething process.  A little fussy at times, but no fever.  He's now experimenting using those teeth with cooked veggies, teething biscuts, and cherrios.  Picking them up and putting them in his own mouth seems to be too much work, so he prefers if I just put them in his mouth for him.
One happy dude!
First Tractor Ride with Daddy

Enjoying the car ride...

I must have been tired, because I never fall asleep in my stroller.

Just being cute...

I love my Daddy!
