So, since Isaac has turned 1, he has been getting his 1 year molars.  At almost 15 months, he has both bottom molars and one on the top.  The 4th is working its way through now.  During this process, he has transitioned to only one nap a day which gives Mommy lots let time to get things done, but he is doing really well getting on a great schedule.  (For the most part)...he sleeps at night from 8:00 pm - 6:30 am daily and usually will take a late morning nap (10:30am-12:30am). He wakes up happy and is excited to eat, play and wait for Daddy to get home. He loves his morning cartoons (preferrably Mickey Mouse Clubhouse or Jake and the Neverland Pirates).  He tends to love routine, and has bedtime nailed down.  On the first little fuss of the evening, we ask if he wants to go to bed.  He excitedly says YES and then begins to look for "Monkey" (attempting to say monkey the best he can).  Daddy and Isaac begin their scavenger hunt for "Monkey" and blankets, while Mommy gets milk ready and waits in chair with the bedtime bottle.  Then Isaac and Daddy arrive in bedroom where Isaac hands Mommy "Monkey," next hands mommy the blanket, then always a big old kiss to Daddy, lastly he dives into Mommy's arms awaiting one more kiss and ultimately the bottle.  It's amazing how quick children pick up on routines and how fun they can be if we (the parents) make it exciting...especially bedtime!

Isaac is still very loving and loves to cuddle and give hugs and kisses. The best are those hugs and kisses for no reason, just because!  He is trying to figure out Mommy and Daddy and what our boundries are.  With every little "No" or "Don't Touch" he tries to see where the line is.  With 1-2 times in the playpen for a brief timeout, he is bored with his game and is off to try play with something else.  But it sure keeps us on our toes to be consistant with our expecations and our own behaviors.  And he only seems to start doing things he's not supposed to just to get our attention (as he giggles and laughs when we get serious and say no.)
